Simplicity of just adding text as post production can make an image so much more effective.
The text in these images completely changes the meaning of the image and defines how the photograph is to be interpreted.
Examples here by Barbara Kruger at really effective. The slight post-production that is used makes every image more interesting and gives it instantly more meaning.
