F C Gundlach (Franz Christian Gundlach)

This photo has really inspired me to do something with mannequins. I like the idea of clothes being the main part of the identity in this photo as the woman in hidden away without them. This fashion piece will be based on how the clothes are such a part of my model's identity so it would be interesting to put them on mannequins to show the difference and how the person really 'wears' the clothes.

F C Gundlach also did some really beautiful work in colour studio photography. The set ups are very pop art and I really like them, however, they are straying slightly away from my orginal ideas of black and white.

I will shoot digitally for most of the shots so they will be in colour to begin with giving me the choice to see if they look as effective.
